Shipping policy

For standard shipping, USPS has up to 5-7 business days to deliver your order. However, most items arrive within 3-5 business days.

If you would like your item faster please select Priority Mail Shipping. This is 2 Day Shipping but is not guaranteed by USPS during the holidays.

How quickly will my order ship?

   A. In-stock and non-drop ship orders will be processed and shipped by the next business day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. Normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST.

When will I get tracking information on my package?

    A. Tracking information will be available as soon as our store processes your purchase. Please allow 24 hours after your package has been picked up for tracking information to update.

Is there a free shipping option?

Yes. We can ship for free over $75. This includes all clothes, small gifts, accessories, shoes etc. Exclusions apply on any large items like carseats, strollers, large toys or baby gear.
